CreateLog (the “Service”) is developed and operated by an independent developer (the “Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details obtained via OAuth sign-in (email address, display name, profile image)
• User-generated content such as work logs, categories, posts, comments, and product entries
• Device information (iOS version, app version, anonymized usage metrics)
• Push notification tokens (only when you enable notifications)

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To authenticate users and enforce access control
• To detect and prevent abuse
• To respond to user inquiries
• To deliver push notifications (likes, comments, follows, etc.)

3. Authentication

The Service uses only Sign in with Apple, Google, and GitHub OAuth. We never collect or store passwords.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The following service providers process data on our behalf:

• Supabase (authentication, database, storage)
• Apple Push Notification Service (push notifications)
• OAuth providers (Apple / Google / GitHub)

5. Data Retention

• Data is retained while your account is active.
• When you delete your account, we promptly delete or anonymize your data.
• Logs with legal retention requirements are kept only for the minimum required period.

6. Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data via in-app features or support@createlog.app.
• You can manage notification preferences via iOS Settings and in-app settings.
• You can delete your account from within the app.

7. Security

• Supabase Row Level Security restricts each user to their own data.
• All network traffic is encrypted via TLS.
• Authentication tokens are stored securely in iOS Keychain.

8. International Data Transfers

The Service’s infrastructure is primarily operated in the United States. Your data may be transferred across borders as necessary.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete the account promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. Material changes will be announced within the app and on this page.
