These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CreateLog (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the CreateLog iOS application and the associated website at createlog.app.

2. Accounts

• The Service supports only Sign in with Apple, Google, and GitHub OAuth.
• You agree to keep your account information accurate and to keep your credentials confidential.
• Available sign-in methods may change without prior notice depending on provider availability.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (work logs, posts, comments, product entries, images, etc.).
• You grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and transform (e.g., thumbnail generation, display optimization) your content as necessary to operate the Service.
• Content marked as public is visible to other users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or public order
• Infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or the Developer
• Register or post false information
• Engage in spam, impersonation, harassment, or any act that disrupts the Service
• Exploit vulnerabilities in the Service
• Use the Service if you are under 13 years of age

5. Content Moderation

• The Developer may remove or hide content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
• Accounts with repeated or serious violations may be suspended or terminated.
• In-app tools let you block or report other users.

6. Billing and Paid Features

Core features of the Service are free. If paid features (such as a premium subscription) are added in the future, pricing and terms will follow Apple App Store requirements.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Developer is not liable for damages arising from downtime, data loss, communication failures, or other causes.
• Disputes between users shall be resolved between the parties involved.

8. Changes and Termination

The Developer may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced within the app and on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having territorial jurisdiction over the Developer’s location.
