I can't sign in
CreateLog supports Apple, Google, and GitHub sign-in. Please verify that you can sign in with the relevant account. If the issue persists, contact us at the address above.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your posts, work logs, and other data will be deleted or anonymized promptly.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled under iOS Settings → Notifications → CreateLog. Also verify your in-app notification settings.
